Temperature will rise in the state today and tomorrow, dust storms may occur, relief will be available after two days

The weather will be hot again in UP on Tuesday and Wednesday. The temperature is likely to go above 40 in many cities of the state. However, the weather will become normal again after two days.

The weather department is predicting the mercury to rise in the state for the next two days. On Monday also the temperature in Prayagraj was recorded at 41.5 degrees. The temperature, which was below 40 for some time, increased in some other areas. In Agra also the temperature was recorded at 40.4 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, the mercury has started rising above normal in most areas. A similar increase is being seen in the minimum temperature. The night temperature remained more than 20 degrees in all areas except Bulandshahr and Muzaffarnagar The minimum temperature has also been above normal everywhere. According to meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh, there is a possibility of strong wind at a speed of 25 to 35 km on Tuesday

Weather will change from 18th April

The Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather on Tuesday and Wednesday. Whereas the weather is likely to change again from April 18. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of strong dusty winds, rain and lightning.

Rainfall was reduced by 17 percent in the state and by 6 percent in Lucknow.

The state received 619.3 mm rainfall in the year 2023 while the normal average was 746.2 mm. At the same time, 639 mm rainfall was recorded in Lucknow compared to the average rainfall of 683 mm. In this way, there was 17 percent less rainfall in the state and six percent less rainfall in Lucknow. At the same time, there was more rain in the western region compared to eastern UP. There was 672 mm rainfall in the west and 566.8 mm rainfall in the east
