Three UP engineers held hostage in Myanmar were subjected to barbarity, giving electric shock, More than 500 youths are imprisoned

Three engineer friends who had gone to Myanmar for job have been taken hostage. A ransom of Rs 8.14 lakh was also recovered from the family of an engineer. After the transfer of money, the family members are not able to contact the engineer. Her brother has lodged an FIR at the Anti Human Trafficking Unit police station located in Daliganj. His friends and a Malaysian agent are named accused in the FIR.

Property dealer Joginder Chauhan, resident of Adharkheda village of Gudamba, told that his 24-year-old brother Sagar Chauhan is a civil engineer. On March 26, he had left with his friend Rahul alias Aarush Gautam, a resident of Basaha village, saying that he was going to Malaysia. When I spoke to him the next day, he told that Rahul’s company had offered him a job in Myanmar, so he has gone to Myanmar. Along with him is his third friend Ajay Kumar, resident of Barabanki. According to Joginder, when Sagar called on March 28, he told that he had been taken hostage there.

Being tortured. Then demanded money. Joginder sent him Rs 8 lakh 14 thousand three times on April 2, 3 and 4. Since then we have not been able to talk to Sagar. Therefore, Joginder has lodged an FIR against Aarush Gautam and a person named Robin Hood of Malaysia.

He says that Rahul had taken his brother. It is suspected that he sold his brother there. A case has been registered on the basis of the complaint but from the evidence that has come to light, it is clear that the three friends are trapped. The Commissionerate Police has contacted the Ministry of External Affairs and informed about the matter. Efforts are being made to return the youth taken hostage.

One lakh is being transferred from the account every day

Joginder told that the account number etc. of a person from Myanmar was given. In which there was talk of transferring dollars. Which he could not do. So he sent the entire amount to Sagar’s account. Since then, every day one lakh rupees is being sent from brother’s account to different accounts. Contacted the concerned bank and asked for details of those accounts.

Sagar is being tortured the most

Rahul said in the video, he had worked in Malaysia for several months. Contacted supervisor Robin to get a job there again. On his request he brought his two friends Sagar and Ajay. These people got my ticket to Myanmar. Then there was some doubt but Robin said that it would be sent from Myanmar to Malaysia. So he went there. According to Rahul, everyone is being held hostage at gunpoint and being subjected to cyber fraud. Sagar is being tortured the most by locking him in a separate room.

More than 500 youths are imprisoned

According to Rahul, where he and his friends are held hostage, about 500 youths from different countries are held hostage. They are also made to do the same kind of work.
