Govindpuri police station has registered a case after one and a quarter years in the case of gang rape of a girl in a moving car and cutting her tongue to keep her tongue shut. The case has been registered after the order of Saket court. It is alleged that despite complaining, the police did not register an FIR. Despite the FIR being registered, the medical examination of the victim has not been done. The girl is admitted in the hospital.
According to South-East District Police officials, the victim girl said in the complaint that she used to work as a domestic help for a woman named Sandhya, who lives in South Delhi. The mistress called him to her house on December 29, 2022, saying that it was her daughter’s birthday, so some guests would come and food had to be cooked. During the birthday party, a young man named Sahil tried to hold her hand on the pretext of taking water.
After this, intoxicant was given to her in drinking water due to which she became unconscious. The next day he found himself admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram. When he regained consciousness, he saw that there were injuries on his private parts and other parts. The tongue was also cut. He was admitted to the hospital under a different name. The girl said in the complaint that she somehow came to her parents in Delhi. His mistress threatened to kill him. To hide the incident, the accused made it look like a road accident. However, Delhi and Gurugram police also reported a road accident.
