



It is very rare for the cancer to spread to the bone. However, if it does advance and affect the bones, it could lead to the following symptoms:
– pain from breakdown of the
– backache, which gets worse despite resting
– weaker bones, likely to break easily
– raised blood calcium – hypercalcaemia, which can cause dehydration, confusion, sickness, abdominal pain and constipation
– low levels of blood cells, causing anemia, increased risk of infection, bruising and bleeding
